It’s hard to believe that another 4-H year is almost over!! It’s great to look back at all of the accomplishments of our Buncombe County 4-Hers and a great way to do that is through your 4-H Project Records. 4-H project records are a great way of documenting what you did in your 4-H project area including the goals you set for the year, activities you participated in, awards you received, and things that you learned.
Each year, 4-H members can submit their 4-H Project Records for county level judging. Once judged at the county level, winning books are sent on to district and state level judging where they receive awards. Please click on the links below to download the copy of the project record report form for your age division. You can also view the Project Record Guide Book for additional information on how to put your report together. 2016 Project Records and Cumulative Records are due to the Buncombe County Extension office no later than 5:00 p.m. on Monday, January 30, 2017. Please make sure you have this date on your calendar and let your fellow 4-H club members know about it as well. If you aren’t ready to submit a project record for your 2016 work, you can take a look and start working on your project record for the 2017 year.
