2012 4-H Night with the Asheville Tourists

Attention 4-H Leaders and Families:

The 2012 Asheville Tourists baseball season began April 5th this season and we are gearing up for an exciting year.  Last season, we had approximately 50-60 4-H members and leaders from across WNC come out to a baseball game.

This year, 4-H night with the Asheville Tourists will be on Monday, July 30th at 7:05 pm.  Gates will open at 6:00 pm.  Monday nights are “Kids Eat Free” nights presented by Acropolis Pizza.  Each child will receive a coupon as they enter for a complimentary slice of pizza and drink.  Like last season, I am offering tickets for only $5 to 4-H members, group leaders and family members of the 4-H members.  The $5 ticket price WILL NOT be offered at the gate.  To receive the $5 ticket price, leaders must purchase them in advance for their group no later than Thursday, July 26th, 2012.

To reserve your tickets, please visit the website below which will allow you to pre-purchase tickets online using a special code which will be emailed to you through the 4-H office.  The link will take you to a page where you will see the giant 4-H clover.  Click on the clover and it will take you to a link where you type in the specified letters and then you can purchase as many tickets for the July 30th game as you would like.  There is a convenience fee online, so if you rather purchase group tickets through me that is fine too.  This allows people that want to purchase tickets from home the opportunity.

You can also call me at 828-258-0428 ext 200 or email me at jclemmons@theashevilletourists.com.  Once you have determined the amount of tickets you will need for your group that night, please give me a call and I will process your tickets upon payment and add you to the list.  Children under the age of 5 will not need a ticket.  I will rope off a section in the general admission so all of your folks may sit together.  Thanks and I look forward to hearing from you soon.
