On Saturday, October 22 bring your family, friends, and 4-Hers out to the Swannanoa 4-H Center for a family fun day for all ages. We’ll have games and activities for everyone — and it’s “priceless”!!! Lunch concessions will be available for purchase on site. This is an opportunity to meet the new facilities coordinator at Swannanoa, visit with 4-H friends, and see some of our great 4-H curriculum in action — science activities, games, archery — should be a great day for everyone!!
We’re especially interested in reconnecting with young alumni (ages 19-25) from the western area of the state, so please share this information with those folks who have aged out of your 4-H clubs in the last few years. They will have a meeting at 11:00 on site to talk about how the Alumni Association can help keep them connected to one another and to our 4-H program.
Also, the West District 4-H Volunteer Leaders’ Association members will meet at 1:00 that afternoon for their fall meeting.

If you are interested in attending the Swannanoa 4-H Family Fun Day, please RSVP to Holly Jordan at (828) 255-5522 or firstname.lastname@example.org by Monday, October 17th so we can get an estimate of how many people will be attending.
