Last year, Buncombe County 4-H converged at Eliada Homes for Children to enjoy their first ever corn maze. We are doing it again this year folks! This year’s corn maze is called “Fields of Fun!” and has three huge corn mazes, offering a combined total of 12 acres of twisting trails! This year they’ve also added lots of attractions like corn cannons, slack line challenge, haybale maze, cow train, corn box, pedal carts, & much more!
Buncombe County 4-H night at the corn maze is on Friday, October 22nd, 2010. The cost is $6 for adults and $5 for children (ages 5-11), payable by cash or check that night. Please make arrangements to meet us there! We will be meeting at 6:30pm at the entrance to the maze. We will be representing 4-H so please wear green, or a 4-H shirt! We want everyone to know who we are!
To get this group rate we will need a head count of how many from your club will be attending. Please let Carrie Austin know your head count by Friday, October 15th, 2010. You can do this by emailing her at firstname.lastname@example.org or calling her at 828-683-6427. Directions are included below.
This should be a fun event to represent 4-H at – we hope to see you all there!
